For remote support I use ShowMyPC.com. With this program I can take control of your PC remotely, but only with your permission. You will be given a password to tell me, then and only then, I will be able to connect.
Once you get to the website then select Show My PC to Remote User. A program will ask to be run. This does not install anything, but it will run the program necessary for me to get access to your PC. Answer the affirmative to all the questions. |
